You Would Need to be an Adjuster or Yard User to Create Assignments.
There are 2/ways to Create/Update Assignments, an Individual Assignment or Bulk Assignments using API in XML or JSON format. Our System Works with you for Technical Integration.
The Platform has Automated Vin Decoder, as soon as you enter Vin# Vin Decoder will get the Vehicle’s Make, Model, Year, Body Type, Engine Size, Odometer reading and Title details.
Please use “Photo” Tab on the Assignment Screen and the System allows you to select multiple Pictures & Documents of the Vehicle in the Order you want to Upload.

Selling Vehicles

Our Platform is Designed for everyone including Insurance Companies, Salvage Yards, Used Car Dealers & Individuals. Anyone who is a Registered Subscriber Can Sell Vehicles on the Platform.
Login as a Seller, select “Upload Inventory” menu under “Auction Management”. You would be able to Upload the Inventory in Bulk using a simple Excel Format.
Login as a Seller, select “Upload Inventory” menu under “Auction Management”. You would be able to use Zip File with all the Pictures for each Vehicle and Upload it to the System.
Yes, you can Sell Just One Vehicle, click on “Upload Inventory” menu and provide all Mandatory Details on the screen, Upload Pictures and click on “Save” button and your Vehicle will be Up for Sale.
As soon as Buyer Offers an Expected Bid Amount for your Vehicle. The System would send you a Notification with the Vehicle and Buyer’s Details. The same information can be accessed through the Dashboards and the Reports Section.
Yes, we provide multiple Reports and Dashboards to provide you 360-Degree View of your Business.
Yes, System provides Communication Tools to Communicate with the Buyers.

Selling Parts

There are 3/ways you can Sell your Parts Inventory on SCAA.
  1. Recommended Inventory: For Vehicles’ purchased on our Platform our Damage Analytical Engine will suggest all Sellable Parts available for Vehicles’ with the recommended price.
  2. Upload Inventory:You would be able to Upload the Inventory using Vehicles’ Make, Model, Year and other available attributes that a Buyer would be looking for such as OEM, Part or Interchange Numbers.
  3. Inventory from other Platforms: We would be able to help you Migrate your Inventory from other Platforms using our API Services.
Seller would be Responsible for Shipping the Parts to the Buyer. We would recommend you the Best Way of Shipping through our Partner Shipping Service Companies but it would be at Seller’s discretion to choose the Shipping Company.
SCAA will issue the Payment to Seller within 3/Weeks of Receiving Payments from Buyer after Deducting the Transaction Fees.

Buying Vehicles

It’s very simple, you click on the “Register” Link and submit your information, and receive E-mail Confirmation with your User ID & Password. In addition, our support personnel will call you to confirm your details.
Once you Login with your Buyer’s credentials, you would be able to search our entire inventory and click on the “Add to Watch List” icon.
Yes, you would need to have a Registered Business License to become a Buyer of the Vehicle.
As a Subscribed Buyer, you should be able to check Auction Calendar to find Auction Schedule and check all the Vehicles Under that Auction. You would be able to click on “Pre-Bid” and enter the amount that you would like to set for that Vehicle.
When you find the Vehicle that you are looking for click on “Set Auto-Bid” button and enter the Pre-Bid, Maximum Bid Amount and Increment Value. The System will Bid on your behalf when the Auction Starts.
Yes, you can Purchase Vehicle by clicking “Buy Now” button.
If you are the Highest Bidder and meets Sellers Expected Bid Amount you would Win the Vehicle and would receive an E-mail Confirmation Message.
Payment with Seller must be settled within 3/days of winning the Vehicle using Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer & ACH. Our Support Desk will call you to complete the Payment Process.
As soon as your payment is received you would be able to Schedule a Pickup. You can arrange your own Pickup Company to Schedule Delivery or we can provide Delivery Service through our Partner Transportation Company “Ship-A-Car Inc”.
Yes, we provide delivery service through our partner “Ship-A-Car Inc”. You would need to work with them to Schedule the Pickup.
The System provides you Reports and Dashboards to track your Purchase History and Transaction Details such as Invoices, Receipts, and any other Vehicle Related Documents.

Buying Parts

Anyone who is A Subscribed User for the Platform Can Buy the Parts. Salvage Yards, Insurance Companies or an Individual.
You can Search the Inventory using various parameters such as Vehicles’ Make, Model and Year, Part Number, OEM Number or Part Name.
Yes, System shows you “Instant Buy Price” and you can click “Buy Now” button to buy the Parts Instantly.
Once you find the Part that you are looking for you can place your Bid, this amount should be more than the Highest Bid.
There are Multiple Ways You Can Pay by Credit Card, PayPal or ACH.
The Seller of the Part/Parts will be Responsible for Shipment. Once you Make a Payment you would receive a Notification and a Seller would start the Delivery for the Part/Parts. You would receive the Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number from Seller in an E-mail.
SCAA is a Technology Platform to facilitate the Transaction between Seller & Buyer. It Would be Seller’s full Responsibility to Assure the Quality and Address any Issues such as Returns or Exchange of Parts.
